Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

3 years warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you upgrade the memory of this Dell Pro 16 PC16250?
Yes. The 16 GB of DDR5-5600 is fitted on a SO-DIMM module, and the laptop accepts up to 64 GB. This sets this model apart from ultraportables with soldered memory: the configuration can keep up with changing needs over several years.
Does this Dell Pro 16 PC16250 have an RJ-45 network port?
Yes, a Gigabit Ethernet port is built in, which most recent 16-inch laptops have dropped. For wireless, the card is a Wi-Fi 6E with Bluetooth 5.3, able to use the 6 GHz band with a compatible router.
How do you unlock this Dell Pro 16 PC16250?
With your face: the camera is a Full HD 1080p with an infrared sensor, compatible with Windows Hello, and works even in a dimly lit room. It is paired with a dual microphone for remote meetings.
Is the screen of this Dell Pro 16 PC16250 matte or glossy?
Matte: the 16-inch IPS panel has a ComfortView+ anti-glare treatment, which also reduces blue light emission without distorting colours. It displays 1920 × 1200 in a 16:10 format and reaches 300 nits.
What ports does this Dell Pro 16 PC16250 have?
One Thunderbolt 4 port, one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, an HDMI 2.1 output, an RJ-45 network port and a combo headphone/microphone jack. Enough to connect a monitor, a wired network and peripherals without a docking station.
How good is the Core Ultra 7 255U in this Dell Pro 16 PC16250?
The U suffix denotes Intel's low-power line — here a 15 W power envelope, chosen for battery life and quiet running. It has 12 cores up to 5.2 GHz with 12 MB of cache and a built-in AI accelerator.
Is the keyboard of this Dell Pro 16 PC16250 backlit?
Yes, a backlit French AZERTY keyboard with a dedicated Copilot key for the Windows 11 assistant. Backlighting makes typing possible on a plane or in a dark meeting room, without an extra lamp.
How do you charge this Dell Pro 16 PC16250?
With a 65 W AC adapter with a 4.5 mm barrel connector, supplied with the laptop. The battery supports Dell's ExpressCharge fast charging, which prioritises the first few percent so that the laptop is usable quickly.
Is 1.75 kg for a 16-inch laptop still easy to carry?
Yes, it is kept in check for this screen size: you get a large 16:10 work screen without moving up to the size of a mobile workstation. It is the compromise for a main workstation that you move between the office and home several times a week.
Is this Dell Pro 16 PC16250 new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and sealed, covered by a 3-year warranty — the level expected on a business range — with the purchase invoice serving as the warranty document. It comes with Windows 11 Pro and a 512 GB SSD in PCIe Gen 4.
