Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

3 years warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is Windows preinstalled on the Dell Pro 16 PC16250?
No. This reference ships with FreeDOS, so without Windows: when you first start it up, you get a command-line environment. Plan for your own operating system and its licence, or a Linux distribution. The hardware itself is complete and ready to use.
Can a monitor and a wired network be connected to this Dell Pro 16 without an adapter?
Yes. The chassis offers an HDMI 2.1 output, a Gigabit RJ-45 port, two USB-A ports, one of them with PowerShare, a Thunderbolt 4 USB-C port with DisplayPort 2.1 and a second USB-C port with DisplayPort 2.0. Monitor, network and peripherals plug in directly.
How good is the Core Ultra 7 255U in this Dell Pro 16 PC16250?
The U series denotes Intel's low-power chips, tuned for battery life and quiet running rather than raw power. This Core Ultra 7 255U includes an AI accelerator and comfortably handles office work, web browsing and video conferencing.
What is the screen resolution of this Dell Pro 16?
A 16-inch Full HD+ screen in 16:10 format, non-touch. This format offers an extra strip of vertical space compared with 16:9: on such a large screen, that means several more lines in a spreadsheet or a long document, and two windows comfortably side by side.
1.92 kg for a 16-inch laptop: is it still portable?
It is a 16-inch laptop for occasional mobility, not an ultraportable: 1.92 kg for 358 × 251.8 mm and about 2 cm thick. It moves easily from one meeting room to another, a little less so on the daily commute. The large screen makes up for it as a main workstation.
Is the USB-C port on this Dell Pro 16 sturdy?
It is a selling point Dell highlights on this range: a modular USB-C port, stated to be 4 times more resistant to twisting and 33 times more resistant to impacts, replaceable like a spare part. The keyboard and the I/O board are also designed to be replaced.
Can this Dell Pro 16 withstand the stresses of travel?
It is subjected to rigorous MIL-STD testing for durability and reliability, a military test suite covering shocks, vibration and temperature swings. That is the baseline for business machines meant to move between the office, meetings and home.
Is this Dell Pro 16 PC16250 an environmentally responsible choice?
It is ENERGY STAR, TCO Certified and EPEAT Gold with the Climate+ designation certified — three benchmarks covering energy consumption, repairability and the product's climate impact over its entire life cycle.
Is the Dell Pro 16 PC16250 new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and sealed, covered by a 3-year warranty; your purchase invoice serves as proof. It combines 16 GB of memory with a 512 GB SSD and a French AZERTY keyboard.
