This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Is Windows preinstalled on the Dell Pro 16 PC16250?
No. This reference ships with FreeDOS, so without Windows: when you first start it up, you get a command-line environment. Plan for your own operating system and its licence, or a Linux distribution. The hardware itself is complete and ready to use.
Can a monitor and a wired network be connected to this Dell Pro 16 without an adapter?
Yes. The chassis offers an HDMI 2.1 output, a Gigabit RJ-45 port, two USB-A ports, one of them with PowerShare, a Thunderbolt 4 USB-C port with DisplayPort 2.1 and a second USB-C port with DisplayPort 2.0. Monitor, network and peripherals plug in directly.
