3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Are the keyboard and mouse included?
Yes. The computer comes with the Dell KB216 wired keyboard and the Dell MS116 optical mouse. All you need to add is a monitor: the computer does not include one, and connects via DisplayPort 1.4a or HDMI 2.1 to most office monitors.
Can two monitors be connected?
Yes. The unit has two separate video outputs: one DisplayPort 1.4a and one HDMI 2.1, driven by the Intel graphics built into the processor. Two side-by-side monitors are well suited to accounting, checkout monitoring or viewing plans.
Is Windows installed?
No. The computer ships with Ubuntu, a Linux distribution. This suits companies that work on Linux or deploy their own system image. For a Windows workstation, a Windows 11 Pro licence can be added to the order and installed in place of Ubuntu.
How much room does it take up on the desk?
95 mm wide. The Dell Pro Slim case is 303.5 mm high and 293 mm deep, with a weight starting at 3.90 kg. It stands upright next to the monitor or fits under the desk, freeing up the space a tower would take.
How many USB ports does it have?
Eight. There are seven USB-A ports, four USB 2.0 and three USB 3.2 Gen 1, and one USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port. Keyboard, mouse, printer, barcode scanner and USB flash drive all plug in without a hub, and an RJ-45 port connects the computer to the wired network.
