This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can a second processor be added to this server?
Yes. The DL360 Gen11 motherboard has two sockets and only one is occupied by the Xeon Silver 4510. The second processor gives access to its 16 attached DIMM slots and to a third PCIe Gen5 slot, reaching up to 8 TB of DDR5 in total.
How much memory is installed and how far can it go?
The server comes with 64 GB of DDR5 RDIMM, split across two 32 GB dual-rank modules. The platform accepts up to 8 TB with two processors, across 32 DIMM slots (16 per processor): memory is expanded with DDR5 RDIMM modules added as needs grow.
Which drives can be installed in the bays?
2.5-inch (SFF) drives and SSDs. The chassis offers 8 bays, two of which hold the included 960 GB read-intensive SATA SSDs. Everything is driven by the HPE MR408i-o Gen11 controller in OCP form factor, with 4 GB of cache memory.
How is the server managed remotely?
With HPE iLO 6, built in and reachable through a dedicated management port at the rear. The iLO Standard license, Intelligent Provisioning and OneView Standard are included; iLO Advanced, OneView Advanced and Compute Ops Management are optional for deeper monitoring.
Is a DVD drive installed in the server?
No, no optical drive is fitted as standard. Two options exist: a 9.5 mm SATA DVD-RW drive housed in the chassis, or an external USB DVD-RW drive. The front panel has a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port and an iLO service port.
How much space is needed in the rack?
A single unit: the chassis measures 42.9 mm high, 434.6 mm wide and 753.1 mm deep in the SFF version. Depending on installed options, it weighs 14.5 to 21 kg. The room must stay between 10 and 35 °C in operation, at sea level.
What security protections are built in?
The HPE Silicon Root of Trust checks the firmware from startup, together with UEFI Secure Boot, Intel SGX and a TPM module. This configuration also includes a chassis intrusion detection cable and a front bezel lock kit.
Which expansion cards can be added?
Two PCIe Gen5 x16 cards, one full height and one half height, and a third once the second processor is installed. The two OCP 3.0 slots are used here by the Broadcom 4-port 1GbE network adapter and the MR408i-o storage controller.
