Yes, all six C13 outlets are powered by the battery: none is limited to surge protection. That is generous for a 650 VA unit, which often has half as many battery-backed outputs.
How long does the BV650I take to switch to battery?
6 milliseconds typical, 10 maximum. The output is then a stepped approximation to a sine wave, built up in steps rather than a true sine wave.
How much load can this 650 VA unit take?
375 W, i.e. a power factor of 0.57. That suits a light workstation: a desktop PC and its monitor, or a broadband router and a set-top box. Always add up the watts before plugging in.
