1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is the Rally Mic Pod table mount for?
It is used to secure the pod to the tabletop and to route its cable down through the cable grommet. The mic no longer moves and no cable runs across the table.
What table thickness does this mount fit?
Tabletops from 20 to 50 mm. This is the first measurement to take before ordering: beyond that, the supplied threaded rod no longer reaches the underside of the tabletop.
What cable grommet diameter does the table need?
Between 25 and 65 mm. The mount fits into the table's existing opening: measure it before ordering, as it is the second deciding measurement.
What happens to the excess cable under the table?
It is stored under the tabletop: the mount is designed to coil the surplus, so the extra length does not hang around participants' legs.
Do you need to buy extra mounting hardware?
No: the mount is supplied with its threaded rod, nut, mounting plate and screws. All you need is a cable grommet of the right size.
Is this Logitech table mount new and under warranty?
