This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How do you mute the Logitech G335 microphone mid-game?
By flipping the boom up: the mic mutes as soon as it swings upwards. Volume, for its part, is adjusted with a dial on the ear cup. Both can be done without taking your eyes off the screen.
Why does the G335 come with a Y-splitter?
Because many desktop towers and laptops have two separate jacks, one for headphones and one for the mic, whereas consoles and mobile devices have just one. The PC Y-splitter is in the box, along with the headset and its documentation.
Does the G335 work on Xbox and Nintendo Switch?
Yes, it connects via a 3.5 mm jack and is listed as compatible with PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and mobile devices that have an audio jack. No driver, no battery: just plug in and play.
How does the G335 headband adjust to your head?
With an elastic suspension strap: the soft band follows the shape of your head and can be adjusted, while the rigid frame spreads the weight and removes pressure points. The ear cups slide up and down to complete the fit.
Are the headband straps washable?
Yes, the soft elastic straps are washable and reversible: two colours in one part. It is a practical answer to the real wear point of a headset worn every day, the part that touches your head and gets sweaty.
How much does the G335 weigh and what are its ear cups made of?
240 g, which makes it a lighter version of the wireless G733. The ear cups combine memory foam with a breathable sports fabric: cooler than closed faux leather over a session of several hours.
What does Discord certification mean for this headset?
That the mic has been validated by Discord for voice clarity on its platform. Its capsule is cardioid, so it points towards your mouth, with a useful range of 100 Hz to 10 kHz that covers the speaking voice.
Does this wired headset actively cancel ambient noise?
No, there is no active cancellation: the attenuation comes from the ear cushions. On the audio side, the 40 mm neodymium drivers cover 20 Hz to 20 kHz, with an impedance of 36 ohms and a sensitivity of 87.5 dB per milliwatt.
Is the Logitech G335 headset new and under warranty?
