Does the Logitech G435 work on PlayStation 5?
Yes: it is listed as compatible with PC, Mac, PS5, PS4 and mobile devices. The LIGHTSPEED 2.4 GHz connection runs through the supplied USB-A receiver, while Bluetooth connects directly to your phone.
Can this headset limit the volume for a young gamer?
Yes: a maximum volume limiter at 85 dB is available as an option. It is therefore not applied by default, but it is there — rare on a gaming headset, and useful if the user is a child.
What battery life and range are quoted for the G435?
18 hours of battery life and a range of up to 10 metres via the USB receiver. Charging is via USB-C, with the USB-C to USB-A cable supplied in the box.
How does this headset pick up your voice without a boom mic?
Through two built-in beamforming microphones, which target your mouth and reduce background noise. Nothing sticks out in front of your face, so you can keep wearing the headset on the move.
Does the G435 support spatial audio?
Yes, it is listed as compatible with Dolby Atmos and Windows Sonic: the spatialisation is then processed by the computer, placing sounds around you rather than between your ears.
What is in the box with the Logitech G435?
Four items: the headset, the LIGHTSPEED USB-A receiver, a USB-C to USB-A charging cable and the documentation. The receiver is the part not to lose: it carries the 2.4 GHz connection.
Why is this headset quoted at 165 g?
That is its actual weight, one of the lowest among gaming headsets, with soft memory foam ear cups. Over a session of several hours, the difference from a 300 g headset is the first thing you notice.
Is this headset made responsibly?
Logitech states that it is CarbonNeutral certified and made with at least 22% recycled plastic. These are two verifiable facts, more precise than a general eco-friendly claim.
Is the Logitech G435 headset new and under warranty?
