1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is the Bosch INT-TXO transmitter for?
It is the central element of the INTEGRUS system: it modulates the signals onto carrier waves and transmits them to the infrared radiators placed in the room, which broadcast them to the participants' receivers.
Does the INT-TXO transmitter need to be configured?
No, when it is connected to a DICENTIS system: it is then fully controlled by that system and requires no configuration. It comes ready to use with four channels.
How many languages can the INT-TXO broadcast?
Four channels out of the box, and up to 31 languages plus the floor by adding licences — 28 at most. Expansion is therefore done in software, not hardware.
How many infrared radiators can one INT-TXO drive?
Up to 30, through six BNC connectors for high-frequency signal output. This is what makes it possible to cover a large plenary hall from a single transmitter.
Can two INT-TXO transmitters be combined?
Yes: a switch on the back puts the unit into slave mode, in which it acts as a repeater for another INT-TXO. The signal then comes in through the coaxial input and is synchronised with the master transmitter.
How is the INT-TXO transmitter powered?
In three independent ways: via the supplied wall adapter, via the DICENTIS system cables, or via PoE through one of the two RJ45 connectors. Its power consumption is 10 W at 48 V.
How is the INT-TXO transmitter installed?
In a rack or on a tabletop. It measures 442 × 390 mm and 44.45 mm high, i.e. 1U: it fits into a standard equipment rack.
What is in the INT-TXO box?
The INT-TXO OMNEO transmitter and its DC wall adapter. The infrared radiators and the participants' receivers are separate components of the INTEGRUS system.
Is this Bosch INT-TXO transmitter new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Bosch product, reference INT-TXO. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Datasheet: Bosch INT-TXO.
