1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many participants does the ClickShare CX-20 GEN2 accept?
Up to 32 simultaneous connections, via the ClickShare Button or the app. That is the number of devices that can stay connected to the base unit, not just the number of successive presenters.
How many ClickShare Buttons are supplied with the CX-20 GEN2?
Just one. The other participants use the ClickShare app, on a computer or mobile device, or their device's native protocols.
Do you need to install an app to share your screen?
Not necessarily: in addition to the ClickShare Button and app, the base unit supports the native AirPlay, Google Cast and Miracast protocols. A visitor can therefore present from their own device without installing anything.
What is the range of the ClickShare Button?
Up to 30 metres between the Button and the base unit, on the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. Even the largest meeting room stays well within this range.
What resolution does the ClickShare CX-20 GEN2 send to the display?
UHD 4K (3840 × 2160) at 30 Hz, over HDMI 1.4b. Audio is output via HDMI or USB, depending on how the room's display and speakers are wired.
What specification does the computer need?
Barco gives a minimum of a dual-core Core i3 and 8 GB of RAM, and recommends a quad-core Core i5 with 8 GB, running an up-to-date Windows 10 or macOS, for a smooth experience with Teams or Zoom.
Does the ClickShare CX-20 GEN2 work with mobile devices?
Yes, via the ClickShare app: Android 11 and later, iOS 14 and later. On computers, it requires Windows 10 or macOS 11 Big Sur at minimum.
How is the CX-20 GEN2's wireless connection secured?
With WPA2-PSK in standalone mode, and with WPA2-PSK or IEEE 802.1X with the Button when the base unit is integrated into the corporate network. A Kensington lock also protects the hardware.
What is the power consumption of the ClickShare CX-20 GEN2?
5 to 10 W in operation, 24 W maximum, from a standard 110/220 V socket. The base unit measures 135 × 135 mm and 34 mm high, and weighs 900 g.
Is this Barco ClickShare CX-20 GEN2 new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Barco product, reference R9861612EUB1. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year — the standard period stated by Barco for this model. Keep it in case a defect is found.
