1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the black PRO X 2 LIGHTSPEED connect in several ways?
Yes, three: 2.4 GHz LIGHTSPEED wireless for gaming, Bluetooth for the phone, and the 3.5 mm jack cable when the battery runs low or a console requires it.
What battery life and range does this Logitech headset offer?
Up to 50 hours per charge and up to 30 metres of range on 2.4 GHz. The supplied charging cable is 1.8 m long, enough to keep playing plugged in while the battery charges.
What does a graphene diaphragm bring to a gaming headset?
Graphene is very stiff and very light: the diaphragm follows the signal without deforming, which reduces distortion as the volume goes up. On 50 mm drivers, in-game audio cues stay clear in busy scenes.
Is the PRO X 2 compatible with Xbox?
No: Xbox is not among the supported platforms. Logitech lists PC, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. This is the point to check before buying if the console at home is an Xbox.
Does this headset's mic detach?
Yes, it is a 6 mm cardioid capsule mounted on a detachable arm: pointed towards your mouth, it rejects sound coming from the sides. Blue VO!CE technology also removes background noise and sibilance.
Can you swap the ear cushions according to the season?
Yes, they come in leatherette — more closed, better bass retention — and in breathable velour, which lets air circulate during long sessions. A rotating hinge also lets the ear cups swivel.
What is the PRO X 2 LIGHTSPEED's frame made of?
Aluminium and a steel frame — a choice Logitech links directly to durability. On a headset taken to tournaments or from room to room, the headband is the part that determines its lifespan.
Can you adjust the equaliser and mic filters?
Yes, the equaliser and microphone filters can be customised through the brand's software. That is where you set the sound curve and the Blue VO!CE processing applied to your voice before it goes out.
Is the black Logitech PRO X 2 LIGHTSPEED headset new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
