What battery life does the JBL Go 3 claim?
5 hours of playback per charge, with a full recharge in 2 hours 30 minutes via the USB-C port. It is a speaker for occasional use, for an outing or an evening rather than for a whole day.
Can the JBL Go 3 handle the beach?
Yes, it is IP67 certified: fully sealed against dust — and therefore sand — and protected against temporary immersion in water. That is the protection that sets it apart from mini speakers that are merely splash-resistant.
Is the charging cable supplied with the Go 3?
Yes, a USB-C cable comes with the speaker: it can be used and recharged as soon as you open the box, with no extra accessory to buy.
Where can you hang the JBL Go 3?
By its built-in loop: a backpack strap, a belt, a tent carabiner. It weighs 209 g, so you can carry it without noticing, even hooked to the outside of a bag.
What can you expect from the JBL Go 3's sound?
Close-range listening, with a frequency range that starts relatively high in the bass: vocals and mids come through well, but deep bass is not part of the deal in an enclosure this size.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
