This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What does the IPX5 rating of these sports headphones actually protect against?
It covers water spray and sweat: the headphones withstand splashes and the sweat of an intense workout. The X, however, means that dust resistance has not been tested, and the rating does not cover immersion.
Can the Power Sport ear cushions be washed after a workout?
Yes, they are interchangeable, and a second pair is supplied precisely so you can wash the first between sessions. They are made of breathable fabric, like the headband, which combines fabric and silicone.
What comes in the box with the Energy Sistem Power Sport?
Five items: the headphones, a USB-C cable, a 3.5 mm jack audio cable, an extra pair of ear cushions and a waterproof carrying case. A complete kit for the gym bag, with no accessory to buy.
Can you train without bringing your phone?
Yes, in two ways: a built-in FM radio with automatic search, scanning the 87.5 to 108 MHz band, and a microSD card reader (up to 128 GB) for MP3 or WAV files. The phone can stay in the locker room.
What battery life and charging time do these sports headphones offer?
Up to 50 hours of listening, on a 1,200 mAh battery that takes 4 hours to fully charge via USB-C. At one hour of training a day, that covers nearly two months of workouts.
Does the Power Sport fit in a gym bag?
Yes: it folds and its ear cups swivel 90 degrees, with a waterproof case supplied to protect it. It weighs just 198 g, and the headband is adjustable.
Do the ear cushions block out gym noise?
They are over-ear (circumaural): they surround the ear, which Energy Sistem links to maximum isolation from outside noise. There is, however, no active noise cancellation: the attenuation comes only from the cushions' seal.
Can you take a call in the middle of a workout?
Yes, a built-in microphone handles hands-free calls, over a 100 Hz to 10 kHz band tailored to the voice. Playback and volume controls are on the headphones, and the phone's voice assistant can be triggered from the ear cup.
Are these sports headphones made from recycled materials?
Yes: GRS-certified recycled plastic and packaging in FSC-certified recycled cardboard. Two independent, verifiable certifications, on headphones that also connect via Bluetooth 5.3.
Are the Energy Sistem Power Sport headphones new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
