No: it is a mains-powered living-room speaker, designed to sit on a piece of furniture or a shelf. It is a deliberate choice — power and size take precedence over portability, unlike the brand's portable speakers.
How are the Stanmore III's 80 W distributed?
Across three class D amplifiers: one of 50 W for the woofer and two of 15 W for the tweeters, the latter angled outwards to widen the sound dispersion. Together they cover 45 Hz to 20 kHz in a stereo configuration.
Can you connect a turntable or a TV to the Stanmore III?
