Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you add memory to this HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14?
No. The number of accessible slots is zero: the 16 GB of LPDDR5x-8533 is built into the motherboard, so the configuration you buy is final. That is the trade-off of a convertible just 1.49 cm thick, where soldered memory saves space and battery life.
What connectivity does this HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 offer?
It is entirely USB-C: two Thunderbolt 4 ports at 40 Gbps, one USB-C port at 10 Gbps and a headphone/microphone combo jack. You will need an adapter or a docking station if you usually plug in flash drives, a wired mouse or an HDMI monitor.
How many external monitors can you connect to this HP OmniBook Ultra Flip?
Up to two 4K monitors, via the Thunderbolt 4 ports, which carry the picture over DisplayPort 2.1 and power the laptop through the same cable. The third USB-C port, at 10 Gbps, also handles display output over DisplayPort 1.4a as well as charging.
Does this HP OmniBook Ultra Flip have an RJ-45 network port?
No, there is no Ethernet port on this 14.9 mm chassis: a wired network connection goes through a USB-C adapter. Wirelessly, the card is an Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE201 2x2 with Bluetooth 5.4, the latest generation when paired with a compatible router.
How good is the OLED screen on this HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14?
It is a 14-inch OLED touchscreen at 2880 × 1800 in a 16:10 format, with a variable refresh rate from 48 to 120 Hz. It covers 100% of the DCI-P3 colour space and reaches 400 nits, or 500 nits with HDR content: its colour accuracy is up to the standard of photo and video work.
What is the convertible design of this HP OmniBook Ultra Flip for?
The screen rotates 360 degrees to switch from laptop to tablet, in stand position or flat for annotating with your finger. Sensors — an accelerometer, a gyroscope and a magnetometer — rotate the display automatically to match the orientation you choose.
Is the touchscreen of this HP OmniBook Ultra Flip protected?
Yes, by edge-to-edge Corning Gorilla Glass 5. This matters on a convertible handled in tablet mode: the toughened glass withstands knocks and rubbing better than a standard panel. The screen is also Eyesafe certified for low blue light.
What battery life does HP quote for this HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14?
Up to 16 hours 15 minutes in general use, from a 64 Wh battery. Fast charging takes it from 0 to 50% in about 45 minutes, with the supplied 65 W USB-C adapter — a power adapter that can charge a phone or a tablet just as well.
How do you unlock this HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14?
With the fingerprint reader or with your face, using the 9 MP infrared camera. A physical privacy shutter covers the lens and a microphone mute key cuts audio capture: two hardware controls that no software can bypass.
How good is the Core Ultra 5 226V in this HP OmniBook Ultra Flip?
It is a V-series chip designed for battery life: 8 cores up to 4.5 GHz, with an AI accelerator rated at up to 48 TOPS and Intel Arc graphics. The laptop carries the Intel Evo badge, which guarantees responsiveness and instant wake.
Is the sound of this HP OmniBook Ultra Flip suitable for video calls?
Yes: four speakers tuned by Poly Studio and DTS:X Ultra, with two digital microphones featuring noise reduction. The 9 MP camera and Windows Studio Effects round out the package for clear calls without a headset or an external webcam.
Is this HP OmniBook Ultra Flip repairable and resource-efficient?
It has a repairability index of 6.5 out of 10 and a stated footprint of 170 kg CO₂ equivalent over its life cycle. The lid, frame and hinges are made of recycled metal, the speakers of plastic recovered from the environment, and the laptop is ENERGY STAR certified.
Is this HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and sealed, covered for 1 year on parts and labour, with the purchase invoice serving as the warranty document; repairs are carried out in the workshop, with no on-site service. It comes with Windows 11 Home and a backlit AZERTY keyboard. Datasheet.
