1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What latency does the BlackShark V3 Pro offer in wireless mode?
10 ms with 2nd-generation HyperSpeed Wireless technology, which Razer presents as near-instant sound. It is the mode to favour in competitive play, where a split second decides an exchange.
How many connection modes does this headset offer?
Four: 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth, USB and 3.5 mm jack — and the two wireless links work simultaneously, so you can stay in touch with your team while playing on PC or console.
How can you tell which wireless mode is active?
From an indicator light under the left ear cup: green for 2.4 GHz, blue for Bluetooth, white for simultaneous audio. A double press on the SmartSwitch button switches from one mode to the other.
Is this headset's noise cancellation adjustable?
Yes, the hybrid ANC offers four levels, adjustable in Razer Synapse or the Razer Audio app. An ANC button on the ear cup also cycles through ANC on, ambient awareness and ANC off.
What does the configurable dial on the ear cup do?
Three settings to choose from: the balance between game audio and voice chat, monitoring of your own mic, and footstep amplification. All on the fly, without opening a menu in the middle of a match.
How should the mic be positioned so you are heard clearly?
Razer's instruction: speak into the mic with the symbol facing your mouth, at about 2.5 cm away. It is a detachable 12 mm full-band capsule with unidirectional pickup.
Does 7.1.4 surround sound require a specific version of Windows?
Yes: THX Spatial Audio comes with the headset and is built into Razer Synapse, but 7.1.4 surround requires Windows 11 version 23H2 or later. On an older machine, spatial audio remains limited.
Which EQ presets does the V3 Pro offer?
Five out of the box — Default, Game, Movie, Music and Esports 1 — plus configurable slots and profiles tuned for titles such as CS2, Valorant, Fortnite, Apex Legends, Call of Duty or Halo Infinite.
What battery life and charging time does this headset have?
Up to 70 hours of gaming from a full charge of about 4 hours. And 15 minutes of charging gives back about 6 hours, enough to get through an evening without waiting.
What do the 2nd-generation bio-cellulose drivers bring?
A bio-cellulose diaphragm of 50 mm, developed for clarity and localisation: Razer links it directly to how precisely you hear a footstep. This is the second generation of these TriForce drivers.
Does the headset stay in place when the game gets intense?
Razer highlights a leatherette headband and swivel mounts described as sturdy and stable, with hybrid memory foam cushions that seal around the ear — a prerequisite for effective ANC.
Is the white Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
