This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you listen to two wireless sources at the same time?
Yes: the headset receives the 2.4 GHz stream and the Bluetooth stream simultaneously. And if a call comes in on your phone, it gives the mic priority to Bluetooth — you answer without leaving the game.
What are the V3 Pro's four connection modes?
2.4 GHz via the HyperSpeed dongle, Bluetooth, USB and 3.5 mm jack. That is what lets you move from a competitive PC to a console, then to a phone, without changing headsets.
What does the SmartSwitch button on the ear cup do?
Two things: a press changes the EQ profile, a double press switches between 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth and simultaneous mode. Everything is set on the headset, without opening software mid-match.
Can the noise cancellation be finely adjusted?
Yes: the hybrid ANC offers four levels adjustable in Razer Synapse or the Razer Audio app, and a dedicated button toggles between ANC on, ambient awareness and ANC off.
What is ambient awareness mode for?
To hear what is happening around you without taking the headset off: it lets outside sounds back in instead of cancelling them. Useful for answering someone or keeping an ear on the room between rounds.
Does this headset's mic detach?
Yes, it is a detachable 12 mm capsule, described as full-band: its large size captures more detail, and its unidirectional pickup keeps out background noise. With it removed, the headset becomes a pair of listening headphones.
What battery life does the BlackShark V3 Pro claim?
Up to 70 hours, with a full charge in about 4 hours. A 15-minute charge is enough to restore nearly 6 hours of gaming — enough to get going again over a dinner break.
What can you adjust with the headset's dial?
Game/chat balance, monitoring of your own voice or footstep amplification: the dial is configurable, so you assign it the setting you change most often.
Does 7.1.4 surround sound work on every machine?
No: THX Spatial Audio is built into Razer Synapse, but 7.1.4 requires Windows 11 version 23H2 or later. Elsewhere, the headset works without this extended spatial audio.
What difference does a 2nd-generation bio-cellulose diaphragm make?
Razer links it to improved clarity and localisation: on 50 mm TriForce drivers, this translates into footsteps that are easier to place. The material aims for a natural sound rather than inflated bass.
Is the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
