This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Do you need to connect a laptop to start a meeting with this system?
No: the room computer and the touchscreen are included. One tap on the controller starts the meeting. BYOD mode via a USB-C cable remains available for visitors.
Which room computer is supplied with this system?
A Lenovo ThinkSmart Core Gen 2: Core Ultra 5 135H processor, 16 GB of memory and a 256 GB SSD, preloaded and certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms.
What room size is this system certified for?
Up to 4.5 × 6 metres, which Microsoft classifies as a medium-sized meeting room. The certification covers the microphones, not just the video.
How does the PanaCast 50 cover 180 degrees?
With three 13-megapixel cameras whose images are stitched into a 4K panorama at 30 frames per second. The vertical field of view is 54 degrees, and the digital zoom goes up to 6x without loss.
Is the room's whiteboard visible to remote participants?
Yes: whiteboard sharing is built into the device and driven by the 180° field of view. The content is captured and streamed live, with no additional camera to install.
How do you prevent passers-by from being counted as in the room?
With the Intelligent Meeting Space feature in Jabra Direct: it defines the area treated as “the room”, so that only the people inside it are included.
Does the system count the people present?
Yes, anonymously and in real time, from the 180° feed — even when the image being sent is zoomed in on a speaker. This is what feeds the room occupancy statistics.
What can you connect to this system's auxiliary output?
A transmitter for assistive listening devices: the meeting audio is delivered directly into the hearing aids of the participants who need it.
What audio equipment does the PanaCast 50 bar have?
Eight microphones with beamforming and four speakers — two 50 mm woofers and two 20 mm tweeters. The framing automatically follows whoever is speaking.
What is included with this PanaCast 50 Room System?
The PanaCast 50 bar, the room computer, the 10.1-inch touchscreen, the wall mount, the power supply and a privacy cover for the lens.
