1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

What is the Logitech Scribe wireless share button for?
For sending the whiteboard into the meeting with a single press, and stopping the sharing the same way. It saves going back to the computer to start the broadcast.
Do you have to put down your marker to press this button?
No: it can be pressed with a finger, an elbow or directly with the marker. The surface is large enough for that — 71.8 mm in diameter — and does not require a precise press.
How does this button differ from the original one?
In its white finish: it replaces the purple share button supplied with Scribe, blending in with a whiteboard and a light-coloured wall.
How is this button attached near the whiteboard?
With an adhesive mount: no drilling and no screws. The button sticks to the wall, on the whiteboard frame or next to it, wherever the hand naturally falls.
How is this button powered?
By two CR2032 batteries, with a Bluetooth Low Energy link to the Scribe camera. No cable to run to the whiteboard wall.
Is this Logitech Scribe share button new and under warranty?
