1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do these purple headphones need charging?
No, there is no battery: they are wired, powered by the USB-C port they are plugged into. Nothing to pair, nothing to keep an eye on — they are ready as soon as they are plugged in.
Why talk about high-resolution audio on wired headphones?
Because the conversion takes place in the cable: a DSP chip processes the signal at 96 kHz / 24-bit. That is something an ordinary Bluetooth link cannot deliver, as its data rate is more limited.
What can you adjust from the cable?
Three buttons handle playback, volume and switching from one EQ preset to another — Default, Bass or Vocal —, with a built-in microphone for calls.
Does the cable get tangled in a bag?
That is what the reinforced flat cable is designed to prevent: its shape stops it from knotting, and the reinforcement sits where a headphone cable gives way first, where it leaves the ear cup.
Do the purple Tune 520C fold up?
Yes, they fold flat and weigh only 150 g. They are padded on-ear headphones: the cushions rest on the ear, which keeps the whole thing compact once folded.
Which devices can you connect them to?
Any device with a USB-C port that supports audio: PC, laptop, smartphone, tablet and consoles. Two 32 mm dynamic drivers deliver the JBL Pure Bass signature sound.
Are the purple JBL Tune 520C headphones new and under warranty?
