This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do the voice assistants of the JBL Authentics 300 work everywhere?
The speaker can run Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa at the same time on the same device. One caveat is stated in black and white: their availability, features and supported languages vary by country. Check this for your own use before making it a buying criterion.
What can you stream over the Authentics 300's Wi-Fi?
AirPlay, Chromecast built-in, Spotify Connect and Alexa Multi-Room Music, plus online radio and podcasts. The Wi-Fi connection also brings automatic updates of the firmware, and the network is dual-band 2.4 and 5 GHz.
How is the sound of the JBL Authentics 300 built?
In 2.0 stereo: two 25 mm tweeters, a 5.25-inch full-range driver and a downward-firing 6.5-inch passive radiator, for a 45 Hz to 20 kHz range (-6 dB) and 100 W of total power.
How long does the Authentics 300 play unplugged?
Up to 8 hours, depending on volume and content, from a 3.6 V / 4,800 mAh lithium battery recharged in less than 3.5 hours. A die-cast aluminium handle lets you move it from the kitchen to the bedroom.
Can the speaker be connected to the network by cable?
Yes: the Authentics 300 has an Ethernet port, in addition to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.3. An analogue audio input completes the set. The USB-C port, for its part, is used for servicing outside the US version, where only file playback is enabled.
Can several Authentics speakers play around the house?
Yes, in multiroom: from the Google Home or Amazon Alexa app, two or more speakers are linked to the same playlist, with each room playing the same track at the same moment.
Do you need a phone to adjust the bass and treble?
No: physical controls on the speaker adjust the volume, bass and treble. The JBL One app adds finer EQ, advanced settings and access to the built-in music services.
Does the speaker adjust itself automatically to the room?
Yes: each time it is switched on, it calibrates and optimises its sound for where it is placed. Its operating temperature also ranges from 0 to 45 °C, and networked standby consumes less than 2 W.
How much space does the Authentics 300 take up and what is in its box?
342 x 195.6 x 180.3 mm for 4.9 kg. The box contains the speaker, a power cable, the quick start guide, the safety sheet and the warranty card. 100% recycled fabric, 85% recycled plastics and 50% recycled aluminium.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
