This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Is this Samsung 98-inch TV suitable for gaming?
Yes: it accepts 4K at 120 frames per second, with VRR and FreeSync Premium against screen tearing, and the ALLM automatic game mode, which switches on by itself as soon as a console starts up.
Do you need a set-top box to watch TV on this screen?
No: the receiver is built in. The TV receives channels directly, with no separate box to connect.
What does the Supersize Picture Enhancer bring to such a large screen?
It is AI-optimised processing, designed for very large screen sizes: it refines the enlarged picture, where simply stretching it would expose the source's lack of detail.
Does this TV's sound follow the action on screen?
Yes: Object Tracking Sound Lite moves the sound according to what is moving in the picture. Output power is 20 W.
