3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is a single cable enough for the picture, the network and charging the laptop?
Yes, with Thunderbolt 4: a single cable displays the picture and charges the computer at up to 140 W, while giving access to the monitor's USB hub and 2.5 Gb RJ45 Ethernet. One connection when you arrive, and the whole workstation is up and running.
Is the panel matte or glossy?
It is a low-reflection panel, and its eye comfort is TÜV 5-star certified: enough to work long hours in a brightly lit office.
Is it suitable for photo editing and video colour grading?
Yes: 99% of the DCI-P3 colour space, 100% of sRGB and a Delta E below 1.5 — accuracy billed as ready for creative work, for photo and video alike.
What is the point of 120 Hz on a work monitor?
Everyday smoothness: 120 Hz, double that of a 60 Hz monitor, for scrolling pages, moving windows and playing back a timeline, with a response time of 5 ms in fast mode (8 ms in standard). On a 27-inch 4K monitor designed for creative work, it is about handling comfort, not a gaming feature.
Which cables are supplied in the box?
The power cord, a DisplayPort cable, a Thunderbolt cable and a USB Type-A to Type-C cable. If you plan to connect a console or PC over HDMI, buy the cable separately: the HDMI 2.1 port is indeed on the monitor, but the matching cable is not in the box.
Can two computers be controlled with a single keyboard and mouse?
Yes, thanks to the built-in KVM: with two machines connected, you switch the display as well as the keyboard and mouse from one to the other. Your peripherals stay connected to the monitor's hub, which has 4 USB-A and 3 USB-C ports — ideal for alternating between a desktop and a company laptop.
Can a second monitor be daisy-chained without going back through the PC?
Yes: the U2725QE has a DisplayPort 1.4 output in addition to its input, so you can daisy-chain a second monitor from the first instead of tying up a second video output on the computer. The HDMI 2.1 input then remains free for another source.
Can it be turned to portrait and adjusted for height?
Yes, the stand is fully featured: adjustable height, tilt from -5° to +21°, swivel from -45° to +45° and pivot from -90° to +90° to switch to portrait mode — very handy for code, A4 pages or long documents. The whole unit weighs 6.74 kg, worth bearing in mind for a desk arm.
Is this Dell monitor new, and how long is the warranty?
Yes, a new monitor (model U2725QE), supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 3 years on this model. Its normal power consumption is also 25.40 W.
