1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Smart 20 take a memory card without giving up a SIM?
Yes: its microSDXC slot is dedicated, so it does not take the place of either SIM card. It is almost essential with this 64 GB base, part of which is already taken up by the system.
Does the Smart 20 really have NFC?
Yes, and that is what sets this model apart in its segment: once your card is registered in a compatible app, the phone replaces it at the payment terminal. The chip is also used to pair an accessory with a simple tap.
What can you control with the Smart 20's infrared?
A compatible TV, air conditioner or set-top box: the infrared port turns the phone into a universal remote control. It also keeps FM radio, which receives local stations without using any mobile data.
What is the Smart 20's screen like for everyday use?
It is a 6.78-inch HD+ IPS LCD display — a resolution below Full HD — but with a 120 Hz refresh rate. In use, this smooth scrolling is far more noticeable than a difference in resolution on a screen of this size.
Which mobile networks does the Smart 20 work on?
On 4G networks. Calls, browsing, messaging, social media and video streaming run without difficulty at this speed. This is the point to weigh up if you intend to keep the device for many years.
Can you plug a USB flash drive into the Smart 20?
Yes. The USB Type-C port supports OTG: a USB flash drive, card reader or game controller plugs in directly, with an adapter if the accessory uses USB-A. The same port handles charging and the connection to a computer.
What battery life does the Smart 20 offer?
Its battery is rated at 5,200 mAh, above the more common 5,000 mAh. Combined with an LCD display and the Helio G81 Ultimate processor, this capacity is aimed at a full day of typical use without having to look for a socket.
How good are the Smart 20's cameras?
The main camera is 8 MP with an f/2.0 aperture, AI-assisted autofocus and a dual LED flash; the front camera is also 8 MP. A setup designed for everyday use and social media.
Which Android version does the Smart 20 ship with?
Android 16, with Infinix's XOS 16 interface. The device measures 167.7 × 78.8 × 7.7 mm. Starting on the latest generation of the system pushes back the point at which it will no longer be compatible with apps.
Is the Smart 20 new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for a period of 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for when making a warranty claim.
