1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need to install the app to use the Major V?
No: the headphones work without it. The Marshall Bluetooth app adds equaliser settings, M button customisation and update management — useful, but not needed to listen.
How does battery preservation work?
It limits charging to 90% of capacity and regulates charging temperature and speed. A battery that never reaches 100% ages more slowly: the feature is turned on in the Marshall app.
Can the Major V ear cushions be replaced when they wear out?
Yes: Marshall states that new ear cushions are available in its Accessories and spare parts section, and that after-sales service is offered through its website. They are the wear part on headphones worn every day.
Which Bluetooth version do these headphones use?
Bluetooth 5.3, chosen for connectivity and stability, with LE Audio compatibility. Marshall adds support for over-the-air updates, so the headphones can keep improving after purchase.
What can you assign to the Major V's M button?
A choice of three functions: Spotify Tap by default, the equaliser or the voice assistant. The setting is made in the Marshall Bluetooth app, and the button then becomes a single-press shortcut.
Do these headphones charge without a cable?
Yes: placed on a charging pad, they charge without being plugged in. Marshall states that a USB-C cable is included for when you prefer to use a cable: both methods are available.
How long does the Major V Midnight Blue last?
Over 100 hours of wireless battery life, with fast charging to get going again without waiting. This means you can go several days between charges, even with daily listening.
What materials did Marshall choose for these headphones?
The traditional vegan leather has been replaced by a water-based, DMFa-free alternative, and the headphones are stated to be PVC-free. The plastic comes mostly from GRS-certified recycling streams.
What about the packaging of these headphones?
It is 100% paper-based, including 94% recycled material, printed with soy-based vegetable inks rather than petroleum-based inks. Its size and weight have also been optimised for transport.
How do you pair the Major V for the first time?
Select MAJOR V in your device's Bluetooth list then, if you wish, install the Marshall Bluetooth app to complete the setup and access the advanced settings.
Are the Marshall Major V Midnight Blue headphones new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
