No: JBL states it explicitly, the charging cable is not included. The box contains the headphones, the warranty booklet and the start guide. Plan for a USB-C cable: the power input is 5 V, so your phone's cable will do.
How many hours of listening and talk time do these headphones offer?
Up to 76 hours of music but 45 hours of talk time: two different figures, and the second is the one that counts when working remotely. A full charge takes about 2 hours, and 5 minutes give you 5 hours.
