1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the HOT 70 keep the 3.5 mm headphone jack?
Yes: your wired earphones plug in directly, without an adapter, and the charging port stays free while you listen. It is an increasingly rare feature, even on far more expensive phones.
Is 4 GB of RAM enough on the HOT 70?
For messaging, social media, browsing and video, yes. The specifications also list expandable RAM: the system borrows part of the 128 GB of storage to extend its working memory.
How much battery capacity does the HOT 70 have?
5,600 mAh, above the 5,000 mAh most common in this format. That is what lets it get through a busy day of browsing, video and photos without looking for a socket by late afternoon.
Is the HOT 70 5G compatible?
It connects over 4G. Calls, browsing, social media and video streaming run without difficulty at this speed; the question mainly arises if you plan to keep the device for several years.
