This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is 4 GB of RAM enough on the HOT 70?
For messaging, social media, browsing and video, yes. The specifications also list expandable RAM: the system borrows part of the 128 GB of storage to extend its working memory and keep more apps open.
Does the HOT 70 keep the headphone jack?
Yes, the 3.5 mm jack is indeed there: your wired earphones plug in directly, without an adapter, and the charging port stays free while you listen. It is an increasingly rare feature, across all segments.
Does the HOT 70 support 5G?
It connects over 4G. Calls, browsing, social media and video streaming run without difficulty at this speed; the question mainly arises if you plan to keep the device for several years.
How long does the HOT 70's battery last?
Its 5,600 mAh capacity exceeds that of most phones of this size, which often top out at 5,000 mAh. That is what lets it get through a busy day without looking for a socket by late afternoon, for 195 g on the scales.
How good is the HOT 70's Helio G100 Ultimate?
It is an octa-core chip combining two Cortex-A76 cores at 2.2 GHz, built for power, with six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz, which are more frugal. The former handle peaks in processing, the latter take care of background tasks without draining the battery.
What can you photograph with the HOT 70?
