1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How does the Link 2C differ from the Link 2?
It has no motorised gimbal: the 2C's tracking is digital, cropping within the image instead of moving. Both share the same 1/2-inch sensor and the same 4K resolution, but the 2C comes in a body half the weight.
What colour is this Insta360 Link 2C?
Graphite Black. The camera is also available in Arctic White; the colour changes neither the sensor, nor the optics, nor the features — only how it matches your setup.
Does the Link 2C's whiteboard mode require an application?
No. The AI detects the whiteboard, keeps it in focus and straightens it so it can be read without distortion, and the mode is activated with a simple hand gesture. Link Controller can then be used to fine-tune the framing if you wish.
How does the Link 2C protect your privacy?
With an easy-to-reach privacy shutter that physically blocks the camera. You decide when: unlike the Link 2, which closes by itself after ten seconds of inactivity, the shutter here is manual.
Can you shoot vertical video with this webcam?
Yes, a 4K portrait mode lets you film directly in 9:16, with no cropping afterwards: simply rotate the camera, mounted on a tripod. The tripod for this use is sold separately.
What are the optics of the Insta360 Link 2C?
A 1/2-inch sensor, an F1.8 aperture, a 26 mm equivalent focal length and a 79.5° diagonal field of view. Phase-detection autofocus covers 10 cm to infinity, and the digital zoom goes up to 4×.
What is in the box of the Link 2C?
A magnetic mount, which attaches to a laptop or a monitor, and a 2-in-1 mini tripod. The mount has a 1/4-inch mounting point, the standard thread on photo tripods, if you prefer to use your own.
What specification does the computer need for the Link 2C?
A 5th-generation Core i5 or newer for everyday use, and a 10th-generation i5 or newer for some advanced features, including natural bokeh and virtual backgrounds. It connects with a USB-C cable, or a USB-A adapter.
Is the Link 2C's noise reduction effective in an open-plan office?
It relies on AI noise suppression algorithms, designed to filter out background noise in noisy environments. Three adjustable audio modes let you choose between voice focus, suppression of nearby voices and music balance.
