3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is Windows installed?
No. The machine ships with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, a long-term support version of Linux. This choice suits businesses that work on Linux or deploy their own system image. For a Windows workstation, a Windows 11 Pro licence can be added to your order and installed in place of Ubuntu.
Is the keyboard AZERTY?
Yes. The keyboard is French AZERTY, backlit for working in a dimly lit room, and includes the Copilot key. Accents and punctuation are therefore in their usual places, with no stickers or layout settings to change after delivery.
Can you connect an external display?
Yes, and even several. The machine offers an HDMI 2.1 port and two Thunderbolt 4 ports at 40 Gbps that carry DisplayPort 2.1 video and power (Power Delivery). A single USB-C cable to a docking station or a compatible monitor is then enough to get back your desk setup, network and charging.
Does the processor accelerate artificial intelligence tasks?
Yes. The Core Ultra 7 265U vPro integrates, alongside its 12 cores, a 12 TOPS NPU: a chip dedicated to AI computing such as background blur or noise reduction in video calls, which offloads the main processor and preserves the 55 Wh battery.
How much does it weigh?
