What does the “M” in POLY Savi 7320-M Office stand for?
It is the version optimised for the Microsoft environment. The headset is the same as the standard version; it is its tuning and certification that follow the platform used by the company.
Are conversations protected on this wireless headset?
Yes, on three levels: secure pairing between the headset and its base, 128-bit authentication and military-grade 256-bit AES encryption. This is what makes it suitable for finance, healthcare and public administration.
Can several Savi headsets be used side by side in the same open-plan office?

Are two ear cups suitable for a contact centre?
They shut out ambient noise and help you concentrate on each call. The trade-off is that you hear your team less well: the mono Savi 7310 version exists for reception and the switchboard.
What freedom of movement does the base station give you?
The link is radio, via a base station, independent of the computer's Bluetooth: you move around freely while staying on the call, which is exactly the intended use on a call floor.
