Frequently asked questions about this product
What does the “M” in POLY Savi 7320-M Office stand for?
It is the version optimised for the Microsoft environment. The headset is the same as the standard version; it is its tuning and certification that follow the platform used by the company.
Are conversations protected on this wireless headset?
Yes, on three levels: secure pairing between the headset and its base, 128-bit authentication and military-grade 256-bit AES encryption. This is what makes it suitable for finance, healthcare and public administration.
Can several Savi headsets be used side by side in the same open-plan office?
Yes: its high density lets you equip more workstations in the same shared space without interference. This is the deciding criterion on a call floor with several dozen agents using DECT.
Are two ear cups suitable for a contact centre?
They shut out ambient noise and help you concentrate on each call. The trade-off is that you hear your team less well: the mono Savi 7310 version exists for reception and the switchboard.
What freedom of movement does the base station give you?
The link is radio, via a base station, independent of the computer's Bluetooth: you move around freely while staying on the call, which is exactly the intended use on a call floor.
Is this POLY Savi 7320-M new and under warranty?
Yes, new in its original Poly packaging. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year on this reference, the 8D3J6AA.

Mono, a single earpiece
•4 noise-cancelling mics, NoiseBlockAI and WindSmart
The DECT USB adapter plugs in with no installation and reaches up to 150 m. 13 h of talk time, a replaceable battery and a dual microphone that removes background noise.
•Microsoft Teams certified
•Jabra Link 400 DECT USB-A adapter included, ready to use
Microsoft Teams certified, for calls and concentration in an open-plan office: noise-cancelling microphone, leatherette ear cushions that damp the background noise and an in-line controller for volume, calls and mute.
Volume and mute are set straight on the cable, with an indicator light as a reminder that the mic is off. Padded leatherette earpads and 2.4 m of cable to stand up during a call.
Light, with swivelling foam earpads and an adjustable headband: it can be worn for hours through online meetings. The swivelling noise-cancelling mic tucks into the headband once the call is over.
Two beamforming microphones on an extended boom filter out office noise during calls. Up to 20 h of listening or 16 h of talk time, and 5 minutes of charging gives back 1 h of call time.
Laser-tuned drivers and a built-in equaliser: the stereo sound stays crisp and free of distortion, for calls as for music. The mic boom tucks into the headband when not in use.
Plugged into a USB port, it works with no driver to install. The microphone boom swivels through 270° to move from one ear to the other, and the in-line remote sets the volume and mutes the microphone.
Headband that extends 38 mm on each side and ultra-soft ear cushions: enough to sit through one video call after another. The microphone boom, on the left, adjusts finely and then swings out of the way when it is no longer needed.
It plugs into a computer as easily as a tablet or a smartphone, with nothing to install. Rotating noise-cancelling microphone to wear on the left or the right, volume and mute on the cable.
For video meetings and everyday calls, in stereo: a noise-cancelling microphone on a swivelling boom that folds away when not in use, and volume and mute controls right on the cable. Nothing to install.
