How many devices can be connected at the same time?
Several simultaneously — computer, desk phone and smartphone — and you switch from one to another from the base, without reconfiguring the headset each time you change line.
115 g: is it comfortable over a whole day?
That is the stated weight for this lightweight monaural design: only one earpiece rests on the head, and the headband carries correspondingly less. Poly intends it for full days in call centres.
What range and battery life does this Savi 8410 offer?
180 m around the base station and 13 hours of talk time: the whole day away from your desk, without going back to the charging base.
Does the link hold up on a busy, well-equipped floor?
Yes: Poly states a secure, interference-free DECT link. That is what makes it possible to roll out wireless across a floor where dozens of headsets work side by side.
