1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you listen to the radio on these headphones without a phone?
Yes, an FM radio is built in, with automatic station search across the 87.5 to 108 MHz band. No device to pair: switch on, start the scan and listen.
What battery life does Energy Sistem state for the Power Radio?
Up to 45 hours of listening, on a 1,200 mAh battery that takes 4 hours to fully charge via USB-C. That is nearly two weeks at three hours a day.
Can the headphones play files from a memory card?
Yes, a microSD reader supporting up to 128 GB is built in: you load MP3 or WAV files onto a card formatted in exFAT, FAT or FAT32, and the headphones play them on their own, with folder-to-folder skipping.
What is in the Power Radio box?
Four items: the headphones, a USB-C charging cable, a 3.5 mm jack audio cable and a quick guide. The audio cable lets you listen with a flat battery or on a device without Bluetooth.
Do the ear cushions block outside noise?
They are over-ear, in protein leather and memory foam: they surround the ear, which Energy Sistem links to maximum isolation from outside noise. There is, however, no active noise cancellation.
Does the Power Radio fit easily in a bag?
Yes: the ear cups swivel 90 degrees and the headphones have a folding system. They weigh just 176 g, with an adjustable headband that returns to its position as soon as you put them back on.
Can you answer a call without taking out your phone?
Yes: a built-in mic handles hands-free calls, and the playback and volume controls are on the headphones. The Google or Siri voice assistant can also be triggered from the ear cup.
Which devices can these headphones connect to?
To Macs, Windows PCs, smartphones, tablets and TVs, via Bluetooth 5.1, with a stated range of 20 metres — enough to leave the source in one room and move around in the next.
Are the Energy Sistem Power Radio headphones new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
