This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you listen to the radio without a phone on the Radio Color?
Yes, an FM radio is built into the headphones, with automatic station search. No device to pair: switch on, start the scan, listen. It is the feature that sets this model apart from ordinary Bluetooth headphones.
Can the headphones play files from a memory card?
Yes, a microSD card reader (up to 128 GB) is built in: load MP3 or WAV files onto a card formatted in exFAT, FAT or FAT32. Folder browsing and shuffle play are handled from the buttons on the headphones.
Can you keep listening when the battery is flat?
Yes, an audio cable comes with the headphones: plugged into the 3.5 mm jack, it lets you listen without drawing on the battery, or connect to a device without Bluetooth. The manufacturer explicitly presents it as a fallback mode.
What battery life and charging time does the Radio Color offer?
Up to 16 hours of listening, and a 400 mAh battery that fully charges in 1 h 30 min via USB-C. It is one of the shortest charging times in the range: a lunch break is enough to get going again for the week.
Do the Radio Color headphones fit around the ear?
Yes, they are over-ear (circumaural): the cushions cover the whole outer ear, with a padded, extendable headband. Pressure is spread around the ear, and the closed seal provides passive isolation from surrounding noise.
Do these headphones electronically cancel ambient noise?
No, they have no active noise cancellation. Only the closed seal of the cushions dampens background noise. The connection uses Bluetooth 5.3, with a stated range of 20 m and latency below 170 ms.
Can you answer a call without taking out your phone?
Yes, multifunction buttons on the ear cup control playback, volume and call answering, and a built-in microphone handles hands-free calls over a 100 Hz to 10 kHz band. The Google voice assistant or Siri can also be triggered from the headphones.
Are these headphones made from sustainable materials?
Yes: the shell is made of GRS-certified 100% recycled plastic, and the packaging carries FSC certification. Two verifiable references, on headphones that also weigh 167 g and fold up for carrying.
Are the Energy Sistem Radio Color headphones new and under warranty?
