1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you listen to music without a smartphone?
Yes, in two ways: a built-in FM radio with automatic station search, and a microSD card reader (up to 128 GB). The phone can stay in your bag or at home.
What battery life and charging time does the Starlit Radio offer?
Up to 16 hours of listening, and a 400 mAh battery that fully charges in 1 h 30 min. It is one of the shortest charging times in the range: a lunch break is enough to get going again for several days.
Can you keep listening when the battery is flat?
Yes, an audio cable comes with the headphones: Energy Sistem explicitly presents it as a fallback mode, for wired playback or to avoid draining the battery. It also works with a device without Bluetooth.
What comes in the box with the Starlit Radio?
Four items: the headphones, a USB charging cable, an audio cable and a quick guide. Nothing to buy to use them wirelessly or wired, straight out of the box.
Can you control music and calls from the headphones?
Yes: multifunction buttons control playback and call answering, and a built-in microphone handles hands-free calls. The manufacturer stresses the point: everything is done without taking the smartphone out of your pocket.
Does the Starlit Radio fold for carrying?
