1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How long does the JBL Clip 5 Camouflage play?
12 hours per charge, and 3 more hours with Playtime Boost mode, i.e. 15 hours at most. A full recharge takes 3 hours, using the USB Type-C cable included in the box.
What can the JBL Clip 5 be clipped onto?
Anything its wide-opening integrated carabiner can close around: a bag strap, a belt loop, handlebars, a tent pole. It is part of the housing, so there is nothing to attach and nothing to lose.
What can you expect from a 7 W, 285-gram speaker?
Mono sound backed by a passive radiator that makes the bass more present than the size would suggest. It is a speaker to keep you company — bathroom, tent, desk, bike — rather than one meant to fill an entire room with sound.
Can two devices stay connected to the Clip 5?
Yes, thanks to multipoint connection: two devices stay paired at the same time. You switch from your phone to your computer — from a playlist to a video call — without pairing again each time.
Can the Clip 5 withstand dust and water?
Yes, it is IP67 certified: fully dustproof and able to withstand temporary immersion in water. A hike, a night of camping or a day by the pool are all within what it is designed for.
Can several speakers play together with the Clip 5?
Yes: two Clip 5 speakers can be paired in stereo, each on one channel, and several Auracast-compatible JBL speakers can play the same music at the same time, to cover more space without turning up the volume.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. As the USB Type-C cable for charging is included, the speaker is ready to use as soon as you open the box.
