1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the JBL Clip 5 last 12 or 15 hours on a charge?
12 hours of normal listening, and 3 more hours — 15 in total — with Playtime Boost switched on, which adjusts the speaker's performance to extend the battery. A full recharge takes 3 hours, using the supplied USB-C cable.
What can the JBL Clip 5 be clipped onto?
Wherever its integrated carabiner fits: a backpack strap, a belt loop, handlebars, a parasol rib. It has been completely redesigned on this generation with a much wider opening than on the previous model, which widens the range of places it can hang from.
What can you expect from 7 W on such a small speaker?
Mono sound from 95 Hz to 20 kHz, backed by a passive radiator that gives the bass some body despite the size of the housing. It is a speaker to keep you company — shower, desk, tent, handlebars — rather than a party speaker.
Can the Clip 5 be connected to two devices at the same time?
Yes, it supports multipoint connection: two devices stay connected simultaneously, so you can switch from your phone to your laptop without pairing again each time.
Can the JBL Clip 5 handle the pool and dust?
Yes, its casing is IP67 certified: the 6 stands for complete protection against dust and the 7 for temporary immersion in water. The manufacturer explicitly intends it for hiking and camping.
Can two Clip 5 speakers play together?
Yes: two Clip 5 speakers pair in stereo, each taking one channel, and several Auracast-compatible JBL speakers link up wirelessly to play the same music. The connection uses Bluetooth 5.3, with the A2DP 1.4 and AVRCP 1.6 profiles.
How much space does the JBL Clip 5 take up, and what is in the box?
86.3 x 134.5 x 46 mm and 285 g: it fits in one hand. The box contains the speaker, a USB Type-C cable, the quick start guide and the warranty card with the safety sheet — everything you need to charge it from day one.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. As the USB-C charging cable is included, the speaker is ready to use as soon as you open the box, with no extra accessory to buy.
