1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How much power does it actually deliver to the powered device?
54 V DC at 1.12 A, i.e. the stated 60 W. These 60 W make it an alternative to a PoE switch when a single device needs powering: you reduce your reliance on switch power supplies accordingly, and keep the switch's PoE ports for other devices.
Which devices is it designed to work with?
It is designed for Ubiquiti UniFi PoE++ devices, which it powers at 54 V DC, and has a Gigabit LAN port for data. Before ordering, check that your equipment is indeed a PoE++ model.
Does it work on Morocco's 220 V mains?
Yes. It accepts 100 to 240 V AC at 50/60 Hz, which covers the 220 V / 50 Hz of the Moroccan grid without a transformer.
Does it protect my equipment against surges?
Yes, and it is one of its real strengths: surge protection at 11 V on data and 60 V on power, with a discharge capacity of 1,500 A on an 8/20 µs pulse. It also has protection against current spikes and overcurrent, useful where the power grid is unstable.
Can it be left in a closed enclosure all year round?
Its operating range stops at 40 °C, at 10 to 95% non-condensing humidity: in summer, in an unventilated enclosure, the margin becomes slim. Its 106 × 63 × 34 mm housing takes up little space, but it is best to give it an open, uncluttered spot.
What certifications does this adapter carry?
It is CE, FCC, IC, UL, UKCA, KC, CCC and RoHS certified, and NDAA compliant. The whole unit remains light and discreet: 210 g on the scales.
Is this U-PoE++ adapter new and under warranty?
Yes: the U-PoE++-EU is new and sealed in its original packaging, supplied with its invoice. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for one year. It is indeed Ubiquiti's UniFi PoE++ Adapter 60 W.
