This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Will you be able to upgrade the memory of the HP OmniBook X Flip 14 later?
No. The 16 GB of LPDDR5x-8533 is built into the motherboard: it is neither replaceable nor expandable, and the capacity chosen at purchase stays for the machine's entire lifetime. On the other hand, this memory runs at 8,533 MT/s.
How can you expand storage beyond the 512 GB SSD?
The internal drive is a 512 GB M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD. To add capacity without opening the machine, the 40 Gbps Thunderbolt 4 port accepts an external drive, and the two 10 Gbps USB-A ports remain available.
Which ports can you use to connect one or more external monitors?
Three video outputs are available: the HDMI 2.1 output, the Thunderbolt 4 port with DisplayPort 2.1 support and the second 10 Gbps USB-C port with DisplayPort 1.4a support. Both USB-C ports also carry power, which leaves the USB-A ports free for peripherals.
Does the touchscreen resist scratches in tablet mode?
It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, designed to resist scratches and limit accidental damage — useful on a convertible whose screen flips over and lies flat. The 14-inch IPS panel (1920 × 1200) reaches 400 nits.
Is it suitable for demanding photo and video work?
For everyday creative work and light video editing, yes; for reference-grade colour accuracy, no: the panel covers 62.5% of the sRGB space. The graphics are Intel Arc 140V with 8 GB, integrated into the processor: this is not a dedicated graphics card.
Is the webcam good enough for daily video calls?
Yes: a 5 MP infrared camera with temporal noise reduction and two dual-input digital microphones. On the sound side, two HP Audio Boost speakers, Poly Studio processing and DTS:X Ultra complete the package.
Is there an Ethernet port for the company network?
No. The connectivity comprises 2 USB-A 10 Gbps, 1 HDMI 2.1, 1 Thunderbolt 4, 1 USB-C 10 Gbps and a headphone/microphone jack: wired networking goes through a USB adapter or a Thunderbolt docking station. For wireless, the card is an Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 (2x2) with Bluetooth 5.3.
Is it light enough to carry every day?
Yes: 1.38 kg for 31.3 × 21.85 × 1.46 cm, with a 65 W USB-C charger. You carry a 14-inch touchscreen convertible, and the combined headphone/microphone jack means no extra adapter for a wired headset.
Is the keyboard backlit and in French AZERTY?
Yes: a full-size light grey backlit keyboard in French AZERTY layout, with an HP Imagepad touchpad. The backlighting lets you type in a dimly lit room or in the evening when travelling.
Is this HP OmniBook X Flip new and under warranty?
Yes: a new product, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year.
