This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

No. The 8 GB of LPDDR5-5200 is built into the motherboard: the configuration you buy is final, and there is no slot to open up. It is the usual trade-off on thin convertibles, where soldered memory saves space.
