Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need a set-top box to receive channels with this Hisense 32A4K?
No: the DTT receiver is built in. You connect the aerial directly to the TV and access digital channels, with no extra box to set up. Wi-Fi complements the aerial for streaming apps.
Is this TV Full HD or 4K?
Neither: the 32-inch (81 cm) LED panel displays HD, i.e. 1366 × 768 pixels. Natural Colour Enhancer and noise reduction enhance colour rendering and smooth the picture, but if you are looking for Full HD or 4K, this is not the model for you.
Are Netflix and YouTube already installed on it?
Yes, both apps are built into the VIDAA OS interface, which gives quick access to them. The Internet connection is made over Wi-Fi, with no dongle or external box to add.
Can you display your phone's screen on this TV?
Yes: screen sharing is supported and shows the content of your mobile devices on the TV, without a cable. The HDMI and USB ports remain free at the same time for a console, a player or a storage stick.
What kind of room is this 32-inch size best suited to?
A small room: bedroom, kitchen, studio flat, office or waiting room, as the main TV or as a second screen in the home. Its borderless design and 81 cm diagonal let it blend in discreetly, without taking up the space of a large living-room model.
