This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Are a mouse and a sleeve supplied with this Acer Aspire 16 AI?
Yes, the box contains an Acer wireless mouse and a protective sleeve, in addition to the charger. You are therefore equipped from the start, with no extra accessory to order: two purchases saved for a machine you take on the road.
What is the actual screen resolution of this Acer Aspire 16 AI?
2048 × 1280 pixels on a 16-inch OLED panel in 16:10 format, with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 400 nits of brightness. That is sharper than standard Full HD, with the deep blacks and saturated colours typical of OLED.
Is the screen on this Aspire 16 AI matte or glossy?
Glossy: the OLED panel has no anti-glare treatment. Colours gain vibrancy and blacks gain depth, but a window or ceiling light behind you will be reflected. Something to bear in mind if your desk has its back to a large window.
Can memory be added to this Acer Aspire 16 AI?
No. The chassis has no memory slot: the 16 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 is soldered to the motherboard and the configuration is final. Those 16 GB remain comfortable for office work, multitasking and photo editing, but they cannot be added to.
What battery life is claimed for this Acer Aspire 16 AI?
10 hours, delivered by a 65 Wh 4-cell battery and a Core Ultra V-series processor built for energy efficiency. The supplied charger is a compact 65 W USB-C unit that slips into the sleeve delivered with the machine.
Which fast ports does this Aspire 16 AI offer?
Two 40 Gbps USB4 USB-C ports compatible with Thunderbolt 4, which combine data, an external display and charging, plus two USB-A ports and an HDMI output. A 4K monitor, a fast drive and a USB flash drive can therefore be connected without a docking station. There is, however, no RJ-45 network port.
Does this Acer Aspire 16 AI have a fingerprint reader?
No, this configuration does not have one: you sign in with your Windows password or PIN. The Full HD infrared webcam, on the other hand, supports facial recognition, and a privacy shutter covers the lens when it is not in use.
What does the “AI” in the name of this Acer Aspire 16 AI mean?
It refers to the NPU in the Core Ultra 7 256V, an artificial intelligence accelerator rated at 47 TOPS and built into the processor. It handles background blur, noise reduction and live captions without tying up the main cores — so without draining the battery during a video call.
Does this Aspire 16 have a numeric keypad?
Yes, the 16-inch format leaves room for a full numeric keypad, to the right of a backlit French AZERTY keyboard. It is a real time-saver for accounting entries or spreadsheet work, and the backlight lets you work in the evening.
1.54 kg for a 16-inch OLED laptop: is it portable?
Yes, it is actually remarkable for this screen size: 1.54 kg for 35.49 × 25.01 cm and 1.59 cm thick. With the 65 W USB-C charger and the supplied sleeve, the whole kit can be carried every day without weighing more than an older 14-inch laptop.
Is the Acer Aspire 16 AI new, ready to use and under warranty?
