This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

What do the 240 W of the JBL PartyBox Stage 320 amount to?
240 W RMS, produced by two 16.5 cm woofers and two 25 mm dome tweeters. Enough to fill a space the size of a tennis court with sound, indoors as well as outdoors, without distorting at high volume.
How long does the PartyBox Stage 320 play on battery?
Up to 18 hours on a single charge, with the actual time varying with the volume and the type of music. If you have to leave in a hurry, 10 minutes of charging gives 2 hours of playback.
Can the battery of this PartyBox be swapped?
Yes: you swap it out to start again on a full charge without waiting. The spare battery pack is sold separately — worth planning for if your parties last longer than the eighteen hours stated.
Can you plug in two microphones and a guitar at the same time?
Yes: two microphone inputs and one guitar input work side by side, with a karaoke EQ setting that brings the voice forward and a light show that follows the beat. A 3.5 mm jack input also accepts a wired source.
How do you move a 16.5 kg speaker?
By rolling it: wide wheels and a telescopic handle save you from carrying it on flat ground. At 16.5 kg, however, it still has to be lifted for stairs or a car boot — it is best to be two people in that case.
What does the IPX4 rating of the PartyBox Stage 320 cover?
Splashes and light rain, whatever the angle the water comes from. The X indicates that dust resistance has not been rated, and this rating covers no immersion.
Can this speaker be connected to other JBL speakers?
Yes, in two ways: stereo pairing of two units to widen the soundstage, or Auracast multi-speaker linking with several compatible PartyBox speakers, to cover a larger area without turning up the volume.
Do you need to stay near the speaker to set the atmosphere?
No: the JBL PartyBox app controls the music, the EQ and the beat-synchronised light show remotely. The speaker stays where it sounds best, and the adjustments are made from the dance floor.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
