2 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is this Hisense TV suitable for gaming?
Yes: ALLM, VRR and input lag of 20 ms at most in game mode. Below that threshold, the delay between the controller and the screen can no longer be felt.
What is the contrast ratio of this 55-inch TV?
4,000:1. That is below the 5,000:1 of the 43- and 50-inch versions in the same A6Q range — a difference worth knowing if you often watch dark films.
How smooth is this Hisense panel really?
It is a 60 Hz panel. MEMC and AI Smooth Motion processing reduces blur on fast motion, but the panel remains 60 Hz.
Which HDR formats does this TV support?
Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG. Dolby Vision is the most complete: it adjusts the picture scene by scene.
Which channels can this TV receive?
Its tuner covers DVB-T2, T, C, S2 and S — terrestrial DTT, cable and satellite — with the DTT receiver built in: no external set-top box for terrestrial broadcasts.
What wall mount does this 55-inch TV need?
