Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Display : the icons, apps and wallpapers shown are simulations; the real interface depends on the software version delivered.
  • In the box : charger, earphones and cable often appear in the images although manufacturers no longer supply them.
  • Version sold : one image serves the whole range: storage capacity, memory, connectivity (4G, 5G, Wi-Fi only) and colour are those of the title and the specifications.
  • Features : the number of camera sensors, a fingerprint reader, dual SIM, a stylus or wireless charging cannot be inferred from the photo.
  • Protection : cases, tempered glass and straps photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need an adapter to listen to music over a wired connection on the HOT 70?
No: the 3.5 mm jack is there. Your wired earphones plug in directly, without an adapter, and the charging port stays free while you listen — a feature that has become rare, even on far more expensive phones.
What does 5,600 mAh mean on the HOT 70?
An above-average reserve: most phones of this size top out at around 5,000 mAh. The difference shows over a busy day of browsing, video and photos. The device still weighs 195 g and is 7.64 mm thick.
Which mobile network does the HOT 70 work on?
On 4G networks. The speed easily covers calls, browsing, social media and video streaming. This is the point to weigh up if you plan to keep the device for several years and want 5G.
How does the HOT 70's processor divide up its eight cores?
The Helio G100 Ultimate combines two Cortex-A76 cores at 2.2 GHz, which handle peaks in processing, with six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz, more economical, which take care of background tasks. This split is what spares the battery when idle.
Can the HOT 70's RAM be expanded?
The phone is listed with 6 GB of expandable RAM: the system borrows part of the storage to extend its working memory and keep more apps open. Internal storage is 128 GB.
Which camera modes does the HOT 70 offer?
Portrait, HDR, Night, panorama, beauty, time-lapse, AI mode and document scanning. The main camera is 50 MP with an f/1.85 aperture, with autofocus and an LED flash; the 8 MP front camera is lit by a screen flash.
Is the HOT 70's screen Full HD?
No, it is a 6.78-inch HD+ IPS LCD display — a resolution below Full HD. On the other hand, it refreshes at 120 Hz, and this smoothness is far more noticeable day to day than a difference in resolution on a screen of this size.
Does the HOT 70 support contactless payments and USB flash drives?
Yes to both: an NFC chip to pay at the terminal, and an OTG-compatible USB Type-C port into which a USB flash drive or card reader plugs directly. Bluetooth is version 5.4.
Which Android version does the HOT 70 ship with?
Android 16, with Infinix's XOS 16 interface on top. Starting on the latest generation of the system pushes back the point at which the device will no longer be compatible with current apps.
Is the HOT 70 new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for a period of 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for when making a warranty claim.
