Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What battery life does the Marshall Emberton III offer?
Over 32 hours of listening on a single charge, which is more than a full day of music. A full recharge takes 2 hours, and 20 minutes of charging are enough to get back 6 hours of playback.
What does the Emberton III's True Stereophonic sound bring?
360° multidirectional sound dispersion, exclusive to Marshall: the sound is not projected forwards but radiates throughout the room. Placed in the centre of a table, the speaker sounds the same for everyone, with no need to find the right orientation.
What is the Dynamic Loudness feature for?
It adjusts the tonal balance according to the volume: at low levels, the ear perceives the extremes less, and the speaker compensates to keep the sound consistent. Quiet listening in the evening therefore stays balanced, without touching the settings.
Can the Emberton III be submerged?
Yes, briefly: its IP67 rating covers complete dust protection and immersion at 1 metre for 30 minutes. Rain, sand and pool splashes are no cause for concern.
What does the Emberton III offer over the Emberton II?
Five documented improvements: battery life extended to over 32 hours, better performance at high volume with more bass and less harshness, a wider soundstage, LE Audio compatibility, and an improved repairability score.
Can the Emberton III's battery be preserved over time?
Yes: the Marshall app includes a battery preservation feature that manages charging cycles. The brand also offers after-sales service and spare parts, directly to customers as well as in its service centres.
Can two devices stay connected to the Emberton III?
Yes, it supports multipoint connection: two devices stay paired simultaneously, which saves you from pairing again when switching from phone to computer. A built-in microphone also lets you take calls hands-free.
What does this speaker's LE Audio compatibility mean?
That it will be able to work with LE Audio-branded sources as they come onto the market, and that it paves the way for sharing via Auracast — several listeners or several speakers on the same broadcast.
What is the Marshall Emberton III made of?
79% of its plastic comes from recycled materials sourced from GRS-certified streams — electronic devices, used CDs — and the speaker is guaranteed PVC-free. The product is made up of 27% plastic, excluding electronic components.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. The Marshall Bluetooth app then gives access to settings, updates and the battery preservation feature.
