3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is Windows installed?
No. The machine ships with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, a long-term support version of Linux. This suits businesses that work on Linux or deploy their own system image. For a Windows workstation, a Windows 11 Pro licence can be added to the order and is installed in place of Ubuntu.
Is the keyboard AZERTY?
Yes. The keyboard is French AZERTY, backlit for working in a dimly lit room, and includes the Copilot key. Accents and punctuation are therefore in their usual place, with no stickers or layout settings to change after delivery.
Can you connect an external monitor?
Yes, several in fact. The machine offers an HDMI 2.1 port and two Thunderbolt 4 ports at 40 Gbps that carry DisplayPort 2.1 video and power (Power Delivery). A single USB-C cable to a docking station or a compatible monitor is then enough to get your desktop, network and charging back.
How much does it weigh?
From 1.85 kg according to Dell, the exact weight varying with the configuration. The chassis measures 358 × 251.4 mm and is 19.85 to 21.35 mm thick. It is the size of a large work screen that remains portable between the office, the meeting room and home.
What is the difference from the Core Ultra 5 version?
The processor and the memory. This version features a Core Ultra 7 265U vPro (up to 5.3 GHz) and 16 GB of DDR5, versus a Core Ultra 5 235U (up to 4.9 GHz) and 8 GB on the entry-level version. The display, 512 GB storage, connectivity, keyboard and battery are identical on both models.
