Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can more RAM be added?
Yes, up to 64 GB, but by replacing the modules. The original 16 GB is fitted as two 8 GB DDR4-3200 modules that occupy both slots. To move to 32 or 64 GB, you install two larger modules, which keeps the dual-channel mode the Iris Xe graphics need.
What uses is this processor designed for?
Office work, browsing, video calls and multitasking. The Core i5-1334U is a 13th-generation low-power chip with 10 cores, up to 4.6 GHz. With its integrated Iris Xe graphics it handles light photo and video work, but it is not built for recent 3D games or heavy editing.
Is there an Ethernet port?
Yes. The laptop keeps a Gigabit Ethernet port, handy in the office or for a stable connection at home. It adds Wi-Fi 6E (Intel AX211) and Bluetooth 5.4, as well as a microSD card reader to retrieve photos from a phone or camera.
Can an external monitor be connected?
Yes, through two outputs. The HDMI port displays up to 4K at 30 Hz, and the USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port also carries video as DisplayPort. That same USB-C port handles Power Delivery 3.0 charging, in addition to the 65 W power adapter supplied with this model.
Is it easy to carry?
Yes. It weighs 1.5 kg and is 19.9 mm thick, in a 14-inch format that fits most bags. The chassis has passed MIL-STD-810H/G durability testing, and the white backlit keyboard lets you work in a dimly lit classroom or train.
