This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the printhead of the Epson EcoTank L14150 permanent, or does it need replacing?
It is permanent: it is a PrecisionCore Heat-Free printhead designed to last for the printer's entire life. You only buy ink (Epson 101 bottles), never a complete cartridge.
Does the Epson L14150 really print up to A3+ size?
Yes, it prints up to A3+ size via the rear feed tray. Copying, scanning, fax and the automatic document feeder, however, remain limited to A4.
Does automatic duplex printing work on all paper sizes?
Automatic duplex printing is only available in A4 on plain paper. For A3+ or special papers, printing is single-sided, with manual turning of the sheets.
Is a USB cable supplied with the L14150 printer?
No, the USB cable is not included: it must be bought separately. The printer also connects via Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct or Ethernet, with no cable at all.
How many pages can I print with the ink supplied in the box?
The supplied ink prints up to 6,200 pages in black and 5,200 in colour. After that, an Epson 101 refill set prints about 7,500 black pages and 6,000 colour pages (Epson estimates).
Does the Epson L14150 use a lot of electricity?
No: about 12 W when copying, 9.7 W in ready mode, 0.9 W in sleep mode and 0.2 W when switched off, or around 0.15 kWh per week.
Can you scan to PDF and send it by email?
Yes. The scanner produces PDF, JPEG, TIFF or PNG files, and Epson Connect services (Scan-to-Cloud, Email Print) let you scan and print remotely.
Can you print on envelopes and photo paper with the L14150?
Yes: sizes A3+ to A6, B4 to B6, C4, C6, DL and No. 10 envelopes, Letter, Legal, as well as 10×15, 13×18 and 20×25 cm photo sizes.
Does this printer also fax and copy?
Yes, it is a 4-in-1 multifunction printer: print, copy, scan and fax (black and colour), with a 35-page automatic document feeder.
Can you print from a smartphone or tablet?
Yes, via Wi-Fi Direct and the Epson iPrint app, as well as with Apple AirPrint, directly from a phone or tablet.
Is the L14150's black ink durable?
Yes: it uses a pigment black ink combined with dye-based colour inks, for sharp text that holds up to everyday use.
How many users is the Epson L14150 designed for?
Epson recommends it for a group of 1 to 4 users (home office or small workgroup), with a 250-sheet front-loading paper tray.
