1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the wireless PRO X's 7.1 surround work on PlayStation?
No: DTS Headphone:X 2.0 surround and the Blue VO!CE filters work on PC only, through the Logitech G HUB software. On PlayStation or Nintendo Switch, the headset remains perfectly usable, but in stereo and without voice filters.
What real-world battery life can you expect from the wireless Logitech G PRO X?
More than 20 hours, and the figure comes with its condition: measured at 50% volume. At higher volume, expect less. The connection uses 2.4 GHz LIGHTSPEED, with a stated range of up to 15 metres.
What does Blue VO!CE technology actually bring?
Real-time voice filters applied to your mic: noise reduction, compression to even out level differences, and a de-esser to soften sibilants. The result is a fuller, clearer voice, adjustable in G HUB.
Is the wireless PRO X's microphone detachable?
Yes, the boom is removable: take it off to listen to music or store the headset, plug it back in to play as a team. It is the boom that carries the pickup processed by Blue VO!CE.
Does this headset come with two pairs of ear cushions?
Yes: the fitted ear cushions are memory foam, and a second velour pair is included for a softer feel. Changing cushions changes how tight the headset feels and how it breathes.
Is this headset sturdy enough to carry around?
Its structure combines an aluminium frame and a steel-reinforced headband, a build that Logitech presents as made to last. On a headset handled several times a day, the frame is precisely the part that gives way first.
Does the wireless PRO X actively cancel ambient noise?
No, the isolation is passive: it comes from the memory foam ear cushions, which close the seal around the ear. This is the classic choice in competition, where an unprocessed sound is preferred to electronic correction.
How good are the 50 mm PRO-G drivers?
They use a hybrid mesh diaphragm rather than solid film, which Logitech links to a clearer sound image and tighter bass. The move to 50 mm widens the range covered compared with the previous generation.
Is the wireless Logitech G PRO X headset new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty, the invoice serving as the warranty document. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
